If you’re excessively thirsty on a day that is not hot, or during the winter, it could be more than just dehydration. Unquenchable thirst is a sign of type 2 diabetes, which is caused when glucose is high enough to spill into urine, leading to water loss. If you are also very hungry and losing weight, see a doctor.
#6 Red Face
Sometimes your red face may be a sign of rosacea. Rosacea is caused by broken blood vessels in the face. If you experience this, along with high blood pressure, excessive sweating and high blood pressure, then you could have hormonal fluctuations that warrant a doctor’s visit.
